I also picked up a used magic trackpad for it but only to realize after that it requires 10.6 to run the magic trackpad. I installed a 1tb disk in it and 6gb of ram to bring it up to modern standards. My friends were going to dump it as they are going to get a new imac 5K so i decided to take it home.
I was going to attempt to install a new inverter and battery in it but instead, i was able to find a 24' mid 2007 imac with a failed hard drive. I have recently lost my early 2006 macbook.😢 It has had numerous issues such as the common flickering screen, and the bulging battery issue.
